Oct. 16th, 2012 12:15 amReading through the archived RPG stuff, I find things Luke would have records, recordings of. A lot of them are about Cularin, which hosted the unorthodox Almas Academy.
The Lost - an appeal by a young Jedi to consider homeless children. Actually look at people when you walk down the street. Look at them, and think about where they come from, and where they're going after they see you. Notice the children. Don't just look past them.
Life's Memories - an essay on death and the Force. Ultimately, the key to understanding and coping with death is to realize that it is not something to be feared; it is part of who we are.
View from the Roof - a student writes about the lessons learned meditating on the Academy's roof. Even though there wasn't much life here, there was the Force. What I've learned on the roof is that no matter where you go, the Force is always there. It's just a matter of learning to see it.
What Are We, Then? - A Jedi ponders what he and the remains of the Order are in the wake of the Declaration of a New Order. That does not -- cannot -- change our responsibility. The people of the galaxy need to be protected. The galaxy itself needs to be protected.
